The VeloPro M9 is a powerful retro e-bike with a high-quality steel frame, wide 20 x 4.0 inch Kenda fat tyres, as well as a dual-crown fork at the front and dual suspension at the rear. The comfortable two-person seat with footrests makes the M9 the ideal companion for rides together – as a pair or with a lot of luggage.

The powerful 48 V 250 W brushless motor assists you up to 25 km/h. The dual battery system with two 48 V 17.5 Ah batteries (35 Ah in total) delivers a range of up to 110–130 km; each battery is fully charged in about 7.5 hours with the supplied charger.

Hydraulic disc brakes, the Shimano 7-speed gears, a multifunction LCD display with NFC unlocking and a USB-C charging port as well as front and rear lights with indicators ensure comfort and safety. Mudguards, pannier rack, chain guard, the integrated anti-theft alarm and the IP65 protection rating make the M9 a dependable companion – with a load capacity of 120 kg at a weight of 49.5 kg.

Wide 20 x 4.0 inch fat tyres

The wide Kenda fat tyres deliver secure traction and a smooth ride – on everyday city roads, on easy paths and on mixed surfaces. The low air pressure additionally absorbs every unevenness.

Multifunction LCD display

The display shows all relevant riding data in real time – range, speed and assistance level. Unlock the bike without a key via NFC card or smartphone; the USB-C port charges your phone on the way.

With the dual battery system (2 x 48 V 17.5 Ah) you achieve a range of up to 110–130 km. The actual range depends on weight, terrain, temperature and the assistance level selected.

Is the VeloPro M9 approved for road use?

Yes. With 250 W rated power and a maximum of 25 km/h, the M9 is EU-approved as an e-bike and may be ridden on public roads. The throttle is limited to 6 km/h; full assistance is provided by pedalling.

How long do the batteries take to charge?

Each of the two removable batteries is fully charged in about 7.5 hours with the supplied 54.6 V 2 A charger. The integrated battery management system (BMS) charges them safely and gently.

How heavy is the VeloPro M9 and what load can it carry?

The M9 weighs 49.5 kg (net, 58.6 kg gross) and can carry up to 120 kg. The two-person seat has its own footrests for a passenger.

How do NFC unlocking and theft protection work?

The M9 can be unlocked via NFC card or smartphone – completely without a key. An integrated anti-theft alarm (with key fob) makes itself heard audibly as soon as the bike is moved or tampered with.
